What's the return policy?
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
• Must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date
• In its original, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition
• Be returned with all original packaging

Who is responsible for the return shipping fee?
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please send us tracking information as Sunny Eggs will not be responsible for lost returns during transit.

How do I initiate a return?
• Please reach out to info@sunnyeggs.com and provide 1) a subject line of [order number] | Return, 2) Your full name 3) The name of the return item(s), and 4) the reason why the item(s) did not work out.
• Return the item(s) in its original packaging and send us the tracking information.

Is the original shipping fee refundable?
No, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

When will the refund be received?
A full refund will be sent to your original payment method after we have received and inspected your returned Sunny Eggs item(s). Please contact us and provide tracking information after sending the package back to us. Upon approval, we will process the refund immediately. However, your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

What happens if items are damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@sunnyeggs.shop within 24 hours of delivery in order to initiate the return process. 

Are sale items or gift cards returnable? 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
